Sales Contract
Please read our Sales Contract. If you buy a puppy/dog from us, you are automatically agreeing to the terms of this contract whether you sign it or not. We reserve the right NOT to sell to anyone. It is the consumers right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer.
Such certificate shall list all vaccines and de-worming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination.
In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE
Due to people have me hold puppies for them and not sending deposits because of changing their mind, I have had to put this in place because of loosing many potential sales. I also am happy to take deposit via paypal I will take a check for the deposit only.
You must bring cash for the final pick up.
We require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. If a deposit is on the way, the puppy will be mark as "Sale Pending" until the deposit is received and funds are confirmed. If the deposit has not arrived within 2-3 days after the deposit agreement was made, we will not contact you. If you fail to send deposit within the days, the puppy will be marked as "Available" again, and we will accept a deposit from the next buyer in line. Below are the stipulations on the Deposit Agreement:
Deposits MUST reach us in 3 days to hold a puppy. Deposits need to be made with 3 days (excluding holidays)of choosing your puppy and your puppy will be marked as pending
If deposits are not made and cleared, Sharon Aussies can list your puppy as available after 4 days
Once deposits are cleared through the bank, your puppy will be marked as sold
IF I DECIDE THAT I DON'T WANT A PUPPY ANYMORE, CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
All money is non-refundable. Your deposit is for me to HOLD your puppy. Once a deposit is received that puppy is marked as sold so nobody else can purchase him/her. I have taken that puppy off the market for you. I would be loosing several potential sales while your puppy was marked as sold.
If puppy is not picked up one week after 8 week old pick up date, the deposit is forfeited and puppy will be relisted.
Each day after the 8 week mark, a 25.00 fee will incur daily for 7 days, at which time if the puppy is not picked up and no other arrangements were made puppy will be relisted and deposit forfeited by buyer.

IF AT ANY TIME after the deposit is made, SHARON AUSSIES FEELS THIS IS NOT A GOOD HOME SHARON AUSSIES HAS THE RIGHT TO BACK OUT of the adoption, and ONLY THEN will a refund of deposit be given..
This will be in writing and sent via email that Sharon Aussies has cancelled contract and deposit will be refunded.
Unless written letter is sent, backing out of contract is deemed broken by buyer and NO REFUND will be given.
If deposit has not been placed prior to whelping, I will attempt to contact name on waiting list. If no response after 24 hrs. I will remove your name and move on to next person on list. Those that have been placed on list have ample time to know of the birth with updates. If plans are made and you will be away, please notify, as I have had people change their mind and I can not move on to next person to pick out their puppy. I will attempt to contact parents on waiting list for 24 hrs. after birth, if no response I will move on to the next person on the list. I will not have everyone else anxiously waiting to pick their puppy wait with everyone having ample time to know when the birth will be.
We have a lifetime take back guarantee, meaning at any time for any reason you can no longer care for the dog we require notification and will take him/her back without hesitation. If you have another family in mind for the dog we would require an application from them and would have final say. We do this to assure our puppies never end up in a shelter at any given time during its life.
