Jasper Blue, he is one of our breeding males
ALL OF OUR DOGS SHARE THE HOUSE AND COUCH WITH US, WE DO NOT HAVE THEM IN CAGES AND CLAIM THEY ARE HOUSE RAISED. WE ARE NOT A BIG BREEDER AND MAY NOT HAVE PUPPIES AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OF THE YEAR, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WE WILL EVENTUALLY HAVE WELL SOCIALIZED PUPPY READY TO FILL YOUR HOME WITH LOVE.
We are a Hobby Breeder located in Central Florida ...We do not always have a litter so check back
These guys are great! We love our dogs and socialize them at an early age. Our dogs are involved in all our daily activities and we let them go with us most everywhere we can. We raise our pups indoors until they are old enough to spend some time out in nice weather. We give them plenty of space and time to play and act like puppies.
Our Aussie dogs and puppies are part of the family! We give them free run inside and out and work on basic obedience training with all our puppies until they are placed. We feel this is the best way to get them socialized and ready for you. We also provide a Health Guarantee for every Mini Australian Shepherd puppy and make sure they are fully up to date on all their vaccinations and post-whelping needs when you take them home!
There's a saying in my hobby - that if you're making money, you're not doing it right. There are a lot of expenses like vet bills, dog food, stud fees and advertising. If you start to think of it as a business, you start trying to shave expenses and show a profit - and the dogs suffer for it.
How can you bear to part with them? people ask. And truthfully, it isn't easy. The pups are born in a spare room and as they grow their territory expands until they're old enough to join the mainstream of the rest of the household. I get to watch each developing personality and to know each one's nature. I watch them change from deaf, sightless, twitching blobs into positive characters that explore their territory. After eight weeks of constant companionship, I'm not anxious to hand them over to just anyone. I really try to find the best homes possible for my pups. That's why I screen buyers and if I do not feel you would be a good fit, I will and have said no! I want the very best homes for these little guys! They all deserve that! I would be doing a injustice if I expected anything less!
Aussies are a smart breed, these guys are just in a smaller package. You will not be disappointed if you choose one of our quality mini aussies. You can email us through our contact page, If you don't get an answer back from me there may be a problem with the email program through this site, please email me directly: sfilsing@tampbay.rr.com
