Well I kinda knew Cloe was getting close to starting her heat cycle...As I left to take my little one to school this RELENTLESS neighborhood German Shepherd that ALWAYS comes around when she comes into heat was running from my back yard...I checked her yesterday and nothing...So after seeing that big boy sniffing around the property I checked her when I got home...We have begun the heat cycle! So for all those that have been patiently waiting, on day 12 (March 16th) she will be bred....That will be the first day to mate her with Ace, and the day to use when figuring her due date...A dogs pregnancy can go anywhere from 59-65 days give or take either side...she has pretty much gone right on the same time, day 63! so that would put her est. due date as of May 18th...Like I said she can go as long as 65 days so puppy watch anywhere from Mothers day till the following weekend...WoW! MOTHERS DAY! how exciting for me (grandma of the puppies) and the NEW mommas waiting on their new additions! :) So stayed tuned and watch for updates and pictures of Cloe as she grows her babies...Again any questions please feel free to email me anytime...
